However, which method is appropriate will be evaluated by us according to the circumstances of the specific case upon assessing your destruction request. In this regard, you may always request information from us about why we have chosen the destruction method we selected.
You may object to the results arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through an automated system, if such results are contrary to your interests.
You may request the compensation of damages in the event that you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding the application of the Law and any information requests regarding the processing of your personal data to info@opsan.com.tr by means of an e-mail signed with your secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or in writing to the address Davutpaşa Cd. Karacabey Sokak No:5, 34010 Topkapı/İstanbul, Turkey (via a notary or by registered, return-receipt mail). In addition, if you have an electronic mail address that you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system, you may also submit your requests to us using that electronic mail address. Pursuant to Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, your application must include your name, surname, your signature if your application is in writing, your Turkish Republic identity number if you are a Turkish citizen or your passport number (or identity number, if any) if you are a foreigner, your residential or business address for notification, your electronic mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any, and the subject of your request.
Applications you make within this scope will be concluded as soon as possible and within at most 30 days, free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
